This iReport is part of an assignment:
Is Obama's health care law constitutional? |
Do we still need the constitution?
Many in our country now believe it is time to rethink the Constitution, after all it is getting outdated with life as we know it here in the US.
Take, for example, the right to bear arms. Who needs this? We have our military and our police.
And now for this newest dilemma brought on by the confusion the Constitution has caused, namely Obama's attempts at helping this country through establishing nationwide healthcare. Because of questions regarding areas of the bill that some say are unconstitutional we are now held as hostages to an outdated document.
When will we wake up and get with the rest of the world?
