    Foxes get Easter eggs too

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Swinden says this Easter people are not the only ones eating eggs. In his iReport, Swinden is feeding eggs to local foxes. He says in the area of Colorado where he resides there is also a family of red foxes living around his home. He says he keeps these foxes on an egg diet so they will avoid eating the cats. 'We feed them eggs because it is natural to their diet, and in the morning these foxes stare at me through the window and basically say "feed me,"' he says. He says there is a story behind the origin of these red foxes in Colorado. Decades ago the ancestors of these foxes were freed from fur farms and throughout the years they have become very accustomed to human contact, he says.
