Pakistan Nuclear Landmines to bin Ladin
My concern is Nuclear Landmines of US MADM type & Russian Nuclear Landmine type RA115. More than 150 Russian Nuclear "Suitcase Nukes" were said as missing by Russian Defense Minister Yablakov in US House Hearing 106-158 after collapse of Soviet Union 1991.
ANONYMOUS is: "if any Hiroshima blast Nuke is exploded in US, "anonymously," where does U.S. aim "counterstrike" if it does not know who nuked a U.S. city?
. . "ANONYMOUS" is but one of many unsolvable nightmares that must be considered in all this. The Nuclear blasted victim country -- U.S., or Russian Federation or France, or U.K. or Israel -- will simply not know who Nuclear-flattened one of their Capitol cities after the first Nuclear blast.
. . . Then, they -- U.S., or Russian Federation or France, or U.K. or Israel -- will not know who Nuclear-flattened their next-in-sequence cities after the second Nuclear blast, and the third, and so-forth.
