    Earthquake Triggers Tsunami Warning

    A magnitude 8.9 earthquake has struck Aceh in Indonesia.

     

    A tsunami warning has been issued.

     

    The quake was felt in Singapore, Thailand and India.

     

    All of the Indian Ocean Coastline is on alert for a tsunami.

     

    A tsunami in 2004 in the same area killed over 220,000 people.
