    Trayvon Martin Justice?

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Monkina, of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, says although she thinks the prosecutor made the right call, it was done far too late, sending the wrong message. 'I feel we have an uphill battle because justice is in the eye of the juror and if you get one that doesn't see it like the rest, you will get a hung jury and then want, he goes free,' she says. 'I will never change my mind on this case. A young, unarmed teen was walking home and a man who profiled him shot him, it's a simple case as I see it.' She does not think justice has been served. 'The only justice for Trayvon will be him being with us today because he was unjustly taken from us, from his loving family,' she says. 'I don't care where you come from, what ethnic background or the color of your skin, our youth is our future and we need to start protecting our future!'
    - ssesha, CNN iReport producer

I was elated however not happy just yet. We got the satisfaction that he is now in a jail cell instead of sitting in a comfy Motel however justice still is looming for Trayvon. Let us not forget that this man that doesn't deserve to be called by name, still has to be judged by his peers, the jury. It will be an uphill battle to find any jury person that hasn't heard about this case to be "fair". All we need is a few people on the jury that causes a hung trail and he is set free, and with double jeopardy, forget about it, he is set free and to remain that way for the rest of his days. So celebrate not yet, we simply got on the train, now we have to pray that it goes down the right tracks. The only true justice that our Trayvon will get is when this man meets his maker and gets judged by the one that knows all.
