    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ChrisMorrow shot these photos and video of the April 10 "Shuck n' Swallow" oyster-eating competition in San Diego, California. Victor Brian Olson told her he won because he practices every day – he's the manager of the Blue Point Restaurant's oyster bar.

    Ten battling restaurant teams gathered downtown San Diego at jSIX Restaurant for a ferocious oyster eating contest called SHUCK N' SWALLOW. Napoleon Estrada & Brian Olson from Blue Point Restaurant won by shucking and eating 145 oysters in 10 minutes. Check out the video and hear from Top Chef's Brian Malarkey and event host executive chef of jSIX Restaurant Christian Graves.
