    Symbol of Peace

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     sameerdhakal shot this picture in Bouddha Kathmandu, Nepal. 'Boudhanath is also called Boudha, Bodhnath or Baudhanath, which is one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Kathmandu, Nepal,' he says. The Kathmandu native says he goes to the site often as it's near his home. 'The stupa of Boudhanath is one of the largest stupas in Nepal. Evenings and early mornings around Boudha are animated times, with hundreds of people making their ritual clockwise rounds around teh stupa, some spinning prayer wheels, directing their prayers heavenwards,' he says. 'Boudha is more than a place for only religion, spend an evening here and you realize it is a place of peace.'
