    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     shanedyel says he was driving through Carbondale, Illinois on the interstate when the rain and winds started to intensify. 'It was just like a micro-burst, all of the sudden there was excessive wind and we had to pull off to the side of the road,' he says. He says the strong wind and rain reduced visibility and there were many people huddled underneath a bridge on the interstate. 'If you knew this kind of storm was coming before hand, you would have stayed home,' he says.
