    The United States can keep troops in Iraq for another 20 minutes or another 20 years, but the outcome will still be the same:  Iraq will fall apart because of sectarian violence committed by it's own people against their fellow Iraqis.  It will add yet another terrorist-breeding nation to the growing list of America's enemies.  At least with Saddam, these tendencies were a little better controlled.
