    Salina, Kansas tornado

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     moderateben says he was three miles away from Salina, Kansas when he captured this photograph of a tornado making landfall. He says when he took this photo the tornado was in its healthier state, and it was on the ground for approximately eight to nine minutes. 'The picture does not do it justice,' he says. When he saw the tornado make landfall he describes the whole experience as thrilling.
