    Shuttle over DC

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     HPTuttle, an astronomer of Washington, D.C., says he's very proud of NASA's achievements. 'I'm saddened that we seem to have lost our focus in manned exploration of space,' he says. 'I would like to have seen a next generation shuttle for near Earth orbit and spacecraft for lunar and beyond.' He shot this picture earlier today as Discovery flew overhead.
