    One last take

I have taken many risks to find those individuals I can trust. Through CNN there have been a few new friends, and many pretenders.
I have quit CNN many times however my friends have encouraged me to continue posting.
CNN has brought some great exposure to my web site and photography. Though handling the comments is another thing and the feedback sometimes can be odious. Sometimes the comments are not all we want to hear or know is good. CNN opens the heart to the public, if you are like me, a sensitive, then sometimes this is not good. We are all sensitive and criticism over our thoughts and ideas our public stance can bring harsh criticism from those we both know and do not know.
I will continue on CNN for a few souls who know me and want me to keep posting. Many of my best friends have left CNN and have castigated me for staying.
However, if a photo or an idea can bring joy somewhere to someone, then I will carry on.
At 60 I have found that the more one let's go, the more life gives. And I have also discovered that the more one ages the more life takes from one.
I soldier on as you all do. Mike, Lia, Larry, Di, and 100 other friends.
If you think you have life all figured out: email me. If you have the magic bullet to riches and success then I will publish your million dollar book.
Life is a long road. Full of betrayals and hardness and death. However, along the way we meet incredible people who help us overcome the darkness, the evil and the sadness. The road lived in hope and wonder is far better than the road lived in hatred and fear: even though both roads lead to the grave. The road traveled in hope
will bring a happier outcome and a longer life.
But then again what do I know? I am a war torn survivor.
I take pictures of birds and beaches and sunsets: because they free my mind and soul for a few seconds. All the rest? Like wave washed tracks of a sandpiper on a storm tossed beach. Nothing matters very much at all.
