    HM the Queen personifies excellence in human achievement and commitment to the highest ideals attainable. From the War years on, she has understood her role and place in history and never weakened in her promise and resolve to serve her people. She is a beacon of hope and promise and an example to all of us. I am an American and I value the place of tradition, history, and heritage largely missing in my own country, which help people know who they are and what they stand for.
    God Save the Queen.
