    My friend and I flew from Minnesota several times to dance on American Bandstand in the 1970's. We met Kari Wigton at our first show. Kari is a Minnesota native and told us to call her whenever we were coming to town and she would get us on the show. So of course, we planned all our vacations around American Bandstand tapings! Dick Clark was truly interested in us "kids". He took the time to talk with all of us. He will be greatly missed. My heartfelt condolences to his wife Kari. I am so glad I was part of his American Bandstand.
