iReport Debate: What’s your top issue?

    Time off work...to live

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Yuliya1973 says after creating her iReport she did more research and learned that by law many European nations offer four to six weeks of paid vacation, and she says there is even legislation that enforces employers to offer vacation days in those countries, whereas in America vacations are not necessarily guaranteed. 'Americans should have 30 to 60 days of paid vacation guaranteed by law,' she says. She also thinks women should have more time off for child care and maternity leave. 'Many women go to work till the very moment they go to labor, and I dare not even mention the costs of day care,' she says.

We are lucky to have jobs and as long as we work real hard, we will achieve the Great American Dream… But we do not believe in it any more.
