    Lechon or roasted pig is a popular Filipino dish especially during festivals and Christmas season.

    My favorite part and the favorite of many - is the skin – but it must be crispy!

    I had this dish during my visit to Cebu. One of the things a visitor needs to do in Cebu is to eat or buy this popular tasty lechon.

    In Manila, there are famous stores where you can buy lechon straight from the bamboo stick.
