Italy's April 25 against nazi fascism and mafia
- jmsaba, CNN iReport producer
The April 25th is a national holiday in Italy. The anniversary of the liberation from Nazi fascism. In all cities, mayors, representatives of the political partys, representatives of armed forces, veterans and ordinary people celebrate their regained freedom. So in Reggio Emilia, a city awarded the Gold Medal of the Resistance, many people, many non-Italians, recalled that day in 1945. Today, April 25 may also be the day against the mafia and illegal. I reported this event.
