The famous Philippine "Kinilaw" .
I took these photos during my vacation in the my province of Surigao del Sur a couple of years ago. “Kinilaw” is our word for food eaten fresh and raw, it usually refers to a seafood-based appetizers. A fresh fish will give you a sweet kinilaw.
