    Filipino people are wondrously creative and efficient when using their abundant natural resources.

    This river farming scene is at the Pamatawan Bridge in Zambales Province, in Northern Luzon. Only usable in the dry season, this canal, a part of an irrigation management system, is fully filled during the monsoon season between June and November.
