Bob Jones University student kicked out days before graduation for watching glee and updating Facebook during class

Christopher Peterman was days before graduating with a political science degree when he got the shock of his life. The shock was that he was being expelled from school, the shock continued when he found out his offenses.

The offenses ranked up as followed:

    - Updating his Facebook during class

    - watching the FOX TV show glee

    - Updating his status to a contemporary christian music song by Matthew West called "Only grace"

Christopher went to Bob Jones University, a conservative christian college in South Carolina that promotes Godliness through a biblical based education. The school emphasizes that they did everything they could to help the senior but his continued rebellion forced them to take the action of kicking him out.

Christopher says that after the "Do Right BJU" Protest against Chuck Phelps the school had it out for him. He says Bob Jones put a residential assistant in his room to monitor his movements to and from class and campus. He also said that several deans and dorm counselors consistently called him on his personal phone to set up meetings to talk to him and that he was overtly harassed because of his status' that were often critical of the university and its policies.
