    VP Joe Biden's "Big Stick " Speech

    Mr O'Biden gave a speech on Foreign Policy Differences between Mr Obama and Mr Romney and it will forever be remembered for the tag line. In a much repeated by late night comedians clip Mr O'Biden is heard saying " Teddy Roosevelt said to talk quietly and and carry a big stick" then added "I promise you, the president has a big stick,".
