    GREEN: AVONDALE FARMERS MARKET

    In the beautiful city of Avondale Arizona you will find cheerful farmers and vendors every Saturday morning selling fresh produce at Friendship Park, I took a bikecycle ride through my beautiful city and rode through Freindship Park to check out the market, people are hungry for fresh produce, honey and art's & crafts, I must admit it was a fresh and pleasing stop, I opened up my side basket on my bike and loaded in my yellow summer squash and red sweet onions and had fun talking with the friendly vendors. The park is well maintained ponds with turtles & ducks, dog parks, basketball quarts, soccer games happen anyday of the week. I encourage all residents to support our local farmers, if your really about being green, stop in and spend some green, or just stop in for a shot of espresso before work on saturday, the hours are 8 am to 12 noon- Mychaeltodd
