    Kare-Kare

    Kare-Kare is a traditional Filipino stew with peanut sauce, ox tail or pork, and vegetables.
    This dish isn’t complete without the shrimp paste, that compliments the peanut flavor.
    It is best served on a clay pot.
    A popular dish at Filipino restaurants, and my personal favorite.
