Fragrant Huo Guo
Bamboo shoots, bean curd, leafy vegetables, mushrooms and other delicacies are cooked in the pot filled with spicy hot water that is set at the table where you dine. The pot is heated by coals in a chimney core. The cooked pieces of food are dipped in sauces and eaten.
