    5.6 PiX is the place where artists meet. 5.6 PiX is a specialty retail store offering a large array of toy cameras, photography materials and supplies, a gallery, and an education center. Our location goal is NODA or Plaza Midwood. We will provide a pleasant facility that will inspire and support amateurs, hobbyists, and professionals in the Charlotte photography community.

    5.6 PiX will sponsor art shows, competitions, and other community events; facilitate, organize and offer creative workshops and classes in a variety of techniques . We are at the forefront in an exciting and growing market. We need your help to make this happen and it's your chance to truly help create acommunity atmosphere and initiate more creativity. 5.6 PiX is a new company to be launched in the coming year that will create a community, combining arts and technology with knowledgable staff and high level customer service. Whether you are a pro, hobbyist, student or teacher or simply curious we will have something that will spark your interest. I believe the people that make photography should be able to afford it. We will always be glad to hear any and all feedback on our products and services.

    5.6 Pix offers:

    - Toy Cameras, accessories and books
    - Gallery shows with photography for sale
    -Wall space that photographers can rent to sell their work
    -Contests for pro photographers and hobbyists
    -Tutorials/speakers to teach toy camera skills and test accessories
    -Meet-ups to support and grow the existing toy camera community
