Ilocos Norte: Historical City of the North Part 3
Almost a year ago, a couple of my officemates and I had a trip to one of the most ventured places in the Philippines, Ilocos Norte. This is also known as the birthplace of the former presidents Ferdinand Marcos and Elpidio Quirino.
Ilocos is not only known for its beautiful places, churches and beaches, it is also known for the sumptous food and recipes that is unique there.
