    Tuition Bankruptcy Option

    My wife has been going to school for criminal justice and is approaching graduation. We have a house, a child, car payment, among a few bills and now heavy student loan repayments. We will never be able to pay them off. Would you change the system to allow bankruptcy to apply to student loans and if not...why?
