    Where Arts Thou Hiding

    If a picture paints a thousand words, Filipinos have a gazillion things to say about our artistic talents. Whether in painting, graphic arts, sculpture and other experimental forms, the arts is another area that Filipinos excel. As a matter of fact, a lot of Filipinos are behind some of Hollywood's successful animation movies such as Finding Nemo and other Pixar hits. Only a few fresh and promising talents have a chance to present their world-class works. Sadly, this area which is a source of national pride---culture and arts, is the last in the list of the government priorities
