    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     sunshinec13 shared her thoughts on recent controversial statements by N.C. pastor Sean Harris advising parents to physically discipline their children if they don't conform to expected gender roles. 'I know of many Christian and even Catholic churches who embrace and love anyone who attends their sermons,' she said. 'As I explained in my video, his words spread the message that punishing homosexuals, or any child who acts out of the predefined gender roles is acceptable.'
