    Whitewater Rafting in Cagayan River

    Cagayan de Oro in Northern Mindanao is also known as the "City of Golden Friendship" and what better way to improve one's friendship is by doing an activity together like whitewater rafting along the Cagayan River which is well-known spot for rafting and kayaking with its 21 rapids popularized when former President Gloria Arroyo herself took on the rapids.
