    The real action is seen and felt beyond the neon haze of Manila. These are images that pay homage to the backbone of Filipino life: farmers and fisherfolk. Terra firma and the sea. The unheralded heroes that steadfastly hold on to their own rhythm and way of life, amidst the frenzy of globalization.

     

    This is the story of the common tao, and the rural archipelago.
