illegal vending and pan handling have become a Major problem in Las Vegas Nevada on its pedestrian Bridges .. Now many Vender's and panhandlers are lining the Pedestrian Bridges on the Las  Vegas strip to hide them slefs  from the police ... Preying on tourist for some quick cash ...And they are making lots of it , ..The strip pedestrian Bridges that make it safe for people to cross the streets.... Are now lined with illegal vender's and panhandlers... Selling everything from Sun Glasses and tee shirts to Bottle Water !  .. On this one Bridge their were at least 7 table's with people selling glasses .... ..I spoke to a water vendor who said .. the police  arrest him from time to time.. He spends a niter in jail ! A nd then the judge will let him go with his time served . And he back at it again the next day ...as for the cash is so Good and the punishment is nothing ..............   See photos ..
