The Mother's Day From Hell
I'm not particularly sure what Mothers Day it was however, I remember that day in May as being one of chaos and humiliation, especially for my mom. That morning my 2 other sisters and my mom and dad entered a COCO's restraunt nearby to have a nice Mother's Day breakfast. My youngest sister who was about 2 at the time began crying loudly at the table before the waiter could even provide us with our drinks. To make matters worse my older sister and I started bickering and when the waiter brought my mom her coffee my little sister knocked it over. With others staring and the humiliation of it all we got up and headed for the door! the hostess begged my mom to stay but she started crying and we drove back home. We've had better and more CIVILZED Mother's Days since. Now every time we drive past that COCO's location ( which is now closed down) we laugh it off. So that's is my memory.
