    Rain in Rochester...

    Right now it's 59 degrees in Rochester, New York. It started raining last night and has slowed down somewhat. But still drizzling.
    Local forecasters are predicting up to an inch today,with a total of 2 inches possibly by tomorrow night. This has put a "damper" on local construction jobs.
    The Genesee river as you see has picked up its current and looks muddy as always.
