CNN PRODUCER NOTE     sunshinec13 says just like the civil rights movement for African Americans decades ago, Obama's support for same-sex marriage yesterday is a step forward for gays and their equal rights in America. 'We are such a divided nation,' she says, ‘with North Carolina banning same-sex marriage while Obama, who has Christian views, supports same-sex marriage. It is like people are trying to use religion to dictate something that is a human right.' She believes the country is divided on this issue, but she remains strong in her support for same-sex marriage. 'I have fallen in love with a woman before, and I have fallen in love with a man - I should be able to marry the person who is right for me, whether it be a man or woman,' she says.
