CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Sherbien says the demonstration outside the Chinese embassy in Makati City on May 11, 2012 was prompted by a dispute over Scarborough Shoal. He describes Scarborough Shoal as a rich fishing area where the Chinese used to fish. Both China and Philippines claim that fishing area is a part of their own separate countries. He says the Akbayan Party, which attended the demonstration in the front of the Chinese embassy, is a political group that is accusing China of bullying over the fishing area. 'In my opinion, China will keep on bullying. China is so particular on their sovereignty claims,' he says. 'I think the best solution is to allow both the Filipinos and the Chinese to fish on the disputed Scarborough Shoal.
