    Phillip Frankel &Co ready to wear men clothing
    in the mid 1800's was truly an advancement in the clothing industry. Due to the use of machinery and the Civil War, the shop was ahead of it's time. The store now is a renovated museum at Harper's Ferry, Wests Virginia
