    GUMASA, Sarangani -- The venue of Sarangani Bay Festival on May 18-19, the white sand beachfront at right, is shown in this aerial photo. SarBay Fest is the biggest beach festival in Mindanao and has been hosted for the past six years in Gumasa, now known as Sarangani?s jewel for beach lovers.
