I was at least a month without Facebook and I was going nuts. I had left facebook because of some pressure on my writings. Eventually I couldn't take the pressure anymore and so I decided to erase my facebook including my mobile application too. As days passed I started to get depressed and very nervous. It was like I was addicted to it. So after a month I went back with some restrictions. Now I feel I am back on my toes and it started to make me think that people's opinion are not necessary our own and that put me back on track. I am totally satisfied now.
