    Cooking BBQ at the County Fair

    County fairs are always a great way to spend a weekend, from the food and rides to the countless offbeat attractions.

     

    In late July, my barbecue team traveled to the Monmouth County Fair in New Jersey for their first annual BBQ championship. The contest itself brought 35 top teams from across the nation, while tens of thousands of visitors came to see us cook, check out the chainsaw carvings, watch pigs swim and countless other offerings!
