The Custodial Support Forum: Episode 1
Child Support in America: Problems and Sulutions
The Custodial Support Forum is a Weekly Television Workshop that is hosted by Kai Patterson to assist parents in dealing with the challenges related to child support. The talk show provides custodial parent and noncustodial parents with solutions to receiving and paying child support.
Episode 1 provides viewers with an overview of the perspective of two custodial parents owed child support and solutions to their challenges by attorney Benjamin Kelsen.

The Custodial Support Forum is a provided by the Custodial Support Foundation, which provides the services to assist custodial and noncustodial parents through the following program:
· The Collection Program provide custodial parents owed child support with the services to obtain an enforcement order to levy the assets of noncustodial parents that owe arrears and have the ability to pay the arrears like 75% of all noncustodial parents. Custodial parents can acquire this program for less than $1 per day, which provides
o Investigative Services to determine noncustodial parents locations, income and assets.
o Legal Assistance to assist in the preparation of motions to obtain enforcement order from the court to levy noncustodial parent's assets.
o Collection Services to levy, seize and liquidate the assets of uncooperative noncustodial parents or to establish payment plans for cooperative noncustodial parents.
o Apprehension Services to hunt down and apprehend noncustodial parents with arrest warrants and extradite them to the state that issued the warrant.
o Refund Services to collect and refund all services fees and expenses for custodial parents from noncustodial parents or their assets.
· The Filing Program provides free services to assist custodial parents in obtaining a child support order to receive child support directly from noncustodial parents or through the Office of Child Support Enforcement.
· The Amnesty Program provides services for noncustodial parents that owe child support arrears to establish payment terms, reinstate suspended driver licenses, reissue passports, suspend arrest warrants and stop levies.
The Collection Program and Amnesty Program offers custodial parents easy payment plans to also receive legal services. Unemployed custodial parents can receive the collection program at no cost with the proof of their unemployment.
