    Desde las 8am de este jueves 17 de mayo se han escuchado en los alrededores del centro penitenciario de la planta fuertes rafagas de disparos y explosiones. En la zona se encuentran funcionarios de seguridad del estado como la guardia nacional bolivariana, protección civil, bomberos, policia nacional bolivariana, además de familiares de los reclusos.
