    From henceforth all 'rich' shall pay 75% of their wealth to the IRS. Who are the rich? Anyone making $50,000.00 a year, or over. That will get our country out of the red. In addition, all lawyers are to pay 80% because they make so much easy money. So, start paying up you slackers.
