    Graduation Shout Out to 1st Lt. Rebecca Kipper

    This video was created on Friday May 18 - graduaton day at Chapman University School of Law. The video shows Chapman's Class of 2012 giving a "shout out" to their classmate, Rebecca Kipper, who could not join in the graduation on this date because she is serving a tour of duty in Kuwait as part of the California Army National Guard. She was called to service in February and therefore could not finish up her final semester at Chapman. One of Chapman's top students, Rebecca will be returning in 2013 to finish her studies, upon completion of her tour of duty. We appreciate you posting this on your Salute the Troops page and would very much appreciate if you use this piece on the HLN show. Please advise if/when you might air the segment.
