    Dragon on Gage

On Gage street, a small block located in central Hong Kong, look for Dragon, a small butcher shop. While all the signs point you to the suckling pig, the amazing roast pork is not to be missed. Moist, delicious, and incredibly tasty it is ordered by the piece and then cut in slices right in front of you. They speak very little English but do not let that scare you away. A wonderful, tasty and inexpensive lunch, or snack it is not to be missed in Hong Kong.
