    Beat the Heat!

    Tondo, Manila - Residents has their different ways of beating the summer heat. Those that can afford usually pack their things and go out of town to have a good swim. But for many , garbage bins are the answers. They borrow it from the barangay, clean it, contact the nearby fire station to have it fill with water and whollah.... instant swimming pool!
