    The Presiding Judge San Jose, CA What is his Authority ?

    I Put in a request for a complaint of a Family Court Judge. Presiding Judge wrote back I order the complaint to be closed.. He does not take complaints on other Judicial Officers. So.......what is a Presiding Judge? What are his responsabitlities. 

    Corruption continues in San Jose among Jugdes, specifically Family Court.. San Jose Family Court already has a history of awarding custody to child molesters when all the red flags are present. It is almost like business bewtween the Judge and the Attorney. The decision is already made from the BEGINNING of the Case.
