    Pepacton Reservior Opens for Boating

    The Department of Enviornmental Protection, the Catskill Watershed Corporation and Delaware County has teamed up to open the Pepacton Reservoir (from which NYC gets 25% of it's drinking water) to un-motorized boating for the first time. Executive Director of the Delaware County Chamber, Mary Beth Silano is thrilled that this access has been granted as it will increase tourism in the region.
