    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     This iReporter told me, ' It was pretty intense as the sand and shell particles embedded into our legs and faces like shrapnel. This was an experience we will never forget. When the storm was over we surveyed the neighborhood identifying many homes with shingles ripped off, trees snapped, and debris scattered all about.'
