    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     surfocean captured this video in Daytona Beach, Florida, and he says for the most part the storm was benign. He estimates that the winds were around 35 knots and he says there were several episodes of heavy rain. 'Also the ocean was very rough, and surprisingly Volusia County had not closed the beaches and there were many in the water yesterday,' he says. He says there was limited damage in his area as well.
